David Chang, Dominique Crenn, Sean Brock and a host of influential chefs are captured by Jeff Scott in this book documenting culinary obsession.
The book follows Scott’s adventures into the private places that inspire today’s most innovative and important chefs. By gaining access to their kitchens, private lives, and personal notebooks Jeff provides a better appreciation for the stories of these culinary geniuses, while also exploring the very origin of idea and inspiration.
